Sale price disclosed in just one of ten Easthampton property transfers
Ten property transactions were recorded in Easthampton, Massachusetts, between July 31 and Aug. 29, 2026, according to Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records. Only one sale, 8 Peloquin Drive, included a disclosed price, $337,800, sold July 31 from Envista Home Services Inc. to Kiavi Funding Inc. That transaction set both the price range and median for the period, since no other price data was available. Four of the 10 deeds involved a bank as either seller or buyer, and two involved a family trust as seller. Two Main Street properties changed hands. With nine of 10 sales lacking price disclosure, the data offers limited visibility into the period's market values.
