Easthampton deed filings show wide price gap between three recorded sales
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Easthampton property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, 2026, but only three had a sale price recorded. Prices ranged from $23,402 to $1,075,000, with a median of $175,000. The period's top recorded sale was 385 Main St. at $1,075,000, sold by Main LLC and Main MM LLC to Life Insurance Community Investment Initiative LLC. Most other filings, including two involving the city of Easthampton as buyer and four homestead declarations, carried no price recorded yet, limiting what the data shows about overall market conditions this period.
