Easthampton deed filings show wide price gap between three disclosed sales

Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Easthampton property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, 2026, but only three disclosed a sale price. Prices ranged from $23,402 to $1,075,000, with a median of $175,000. The period's top disclosed sale was 385 Main St. at $1,075,000, sold by Main LLC and Main MM LLC to Life Insurance Community Investment Initiative LLC. Most other filings, including two involving the city of Easthampton as buyer and four homestead declarations, carried no disclosed price, limiting what the data shows about overall market conditions this period.
