The Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 16 Easthampton property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only six listed a sale price, ranging from $10,000 to $674,900 with a median of $197,500. Five recorded entries were homestead declarations rather than sales. With most transfers undisclosed, the period's pricing picture is only partially visible.
