Rent Study Committee approves prior minutes, plans listening sessions.

EASTHAMPTON — Rent Study Committee approves prior minutes and confirms two public listening sessions. Chair Kiam Jamrog-McQuaid confirmed a tenant listening session for May 14 at 6:00 pm and moved the landlord and developer session to May 19, with David Boyle agreeing to lead the educational portion of both events. The committee voted 4-0 to approve April 7 minutes.

Chair Jamrog-McQuaid will coordinate with the City Clerk on hybrid meeting setup. Member Janna Tetreault volunteered to assist with research on a draft ordinance template, to be modeled after Somerville's home rule petition information sheet and finalized after public input is gathered.
