EASTHAMPTON — Nashawannuck Pond Committee advances viewing platform project and awaits shoreline stabilization bid. With Chair Paul Nowak absent, Beth Tiffany opened the meeting at 5:45 p.m. with Paul Davis, Amy Marsters present and Elaine Wood absent; the committee unanimously approved prior minutes. Paul Davis is tracking paperwork from GZA and city procurement for a shoreline stabilization bid expected in March, with GZA already paid $4,850 for fifty percent of construction plans.
The new viewing platform project will proceed to the Conservation Commission as a Request for Determination to avoid a Notice of Intent.
