Housing Authority approves project completions and tenant handbook updates

Easthampton Housing Authority advances housing projects and tenant handbook. The board unanimously approved six motions June 11, including completion certificates for EOHLC Project #087115 and FISH Project #087108's driveway replacement phase, plus updated tenant handbook reflecting input from five resident sessions. Lindsi Sekula, Executive Director, reported on ongoing tenant services and announced a creative placemaking grant submission with summer award notification expected.
The board approved employee health benefit reimbursement at $96.15 per qualifying employee for the 2026-2027 benefit year. Easthampton Neighbors presented available tenant services including AC work, transportation, and light housekeeping at no cost.
