Housing Authority shifts meeting schedule to second Wednesday

Housing Authority · Meeting of August 11, 2026

EASTHAMPTON — Housing Authority standardizes board meeting schedule. The Easthampton Housing Authority voted August 11 to consolidate its irregular meeting dates, moving all regular sessions to the second Wednesday of each month at 3 p.m. in rotating community rooms. Executive Director Lindsi Sekula reported on staff transitions: the Residential Services Coordinator will receive a cell phone in coming weeks, and maintenance staff will switch from weekly stipends to EHA-provided devices.

Sekula is negotiating a Verizon contract. The board also addressed tenant transportation barriers, directing residents to coordinate with the Council on Aging and PVTA for ride-share options.
