Easthampton Housing Authority approved June 2026 financial reports and authorized Executive Director Lindsi Sekula to serve as signatory for all Housing Authority finances with the Executive Office for Administration and Finance. Chair Mary Church led five unanimous votes, including approval of the June warrant and Treasurer's Report; capitalized facility assessments for EOHLC reimbursement; and a weekly telephone stipend of 17 dollars and 50 cents for Sekula and the Resident Service Coordinator to cover personal cell phone use for work. The board voted to rotate future meetings among community rooms, beginning in the next month on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.
