Easthampton Retirement Board approves 3 percent COLA for fiscal 2027.

Easthampton Retirement Board unanimously approves 3 percent cost-of-living adjustment for retirees. Chair Donald Emerson moved the FY 2027 COLA increase on an $18,000 base, effective July 1, 2026, under Chapter 32 authority; Vice Chair David Mottor, Member Phillip Campbell, and Member Emily Russo voted yes unanimously. The board also approved two service transfers, one refund, two new members, February trial balance, and Warrant number 3 for $600,246.54.

The PERAC audit is complete, with results expected at the April board meeting.
