Easthampton Development and Industrial Commission unanimously approved December minutes and heard updates on downtown wayfinding and state grants. Allyson Manuel, Director of Planning and Community Development, reported on Phase I of downtown wayfinding signage and noted Easthampton's eligibility for Housing Choice Community Designation this year, which strengthens applications for housing capital grants. The City is also pursuing a Mass Works grant for sewer and water work on Northampton Street alongside planned DOT pedestrian improvements.

Sophie Protano, Sustainability Coordinator, presented the Mass Save Community Partnership Program as a potential funding source for Climate Action Plan Business Partner Program start-up costs, which Dave DelVecchio said the Chamber of Commerce is ready to amplify.
