EASTHAMPTON — ECA Public Art Subcommittee advances summer art projects. The committee approved April meeting minutes and coordinated multiple initiatives including a floating sculpture installation on Nashawanuck Pond through June, the Have A Heart For Public Art Brunch with piano and upright bass performance, and three utility box paintings scheduled for unveiling at the July Art Walk. The Community Mosaic Sculpture project's installation has been accelerated, with the unveiling celebration scheduled for Saturday, October 17 at 2 p.m.
