EASTHAMPTON — The Planning Board approved two more condominium units at 282 Loudville Road. By voice vote Tuesday, it modified the 2024 special permit for Pine View Estates, raising the development from 15 units to 17. Engineer John Furman said building coverage would reach 7.73 percent against a 10 percent maximum.

Chris, a resident of Ashley Circle, warned "somebody is going to get hit" crossing Loudville Road. The board continued Lathrop Community's request for a 1,300-square-foot maintenance building and solar arrays to June 2, pending Conservation Commission review. It also approved a housing grant support letter and heard a proposal for a $525 fee on housing projects of more than four units.
